Purpose

Develop a product/brand to its optimal potential throughout its life cycle

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will

• Understands the customers and environment: conduct market research
• Formulates & develops marketing strategies, including 5-year IBR/Strategic Plan
• Implements the Marketing Strategy, through annual/cycling plan of action
• Supports Sales team to deliver sales objectives & activities
• Build KOLs endorsement & advocates, networks with other stakeholders
• Demonstrates high level of product knowledge and therapy area knowledge under responsibility
• Monitors performance and controls A&P budgets
• Team effectiveness, including AZ network
• Adherence to AZ and industry code of conducts, Pharma Code, ethics

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will be required to have

• At least a university graduate
• 2 years experience in the industry (ideally 1 year as medical representative)
• Proficient in oral and written communication (Thai and English)
