Purpose

Managing a portfolio of products to strategically optimize product life cycles, develops direct   reports, build and maintain customer relationships

Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will

• Provides leadership and coaching to product/brand managers
• Ensure development plan for product/brand manager under his/her responsibilities
• Formulates Marketing Strategy for portfolio in therapeutic area, including new business opportunities
• Ensure completion of product strategy for tactical/cyclical plan-of-action (POAs), and monitors the implementation
• Builds relationship with key external stake holders, and builds AZ networks
• Develops an effective team, and ensure cross functionality
• Maintains and improves systems and processes
• Adherence to AZ and industry code of conducts, Pharma Code, ethics

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will be required to have

• At least a university graduate
• 4-5 years experience in product/brand marketing preferably within the industry
• Proficient in oral and written communication (Thai and English)
