Purpose

The role is to develop representatives ability to deliver target sales and build AZ’s long-term business with the district. Be responsible for the overall management of both material and human resources of the district to pursuit of this goal.

Responsibilities

The Area Sales Manager will

• Manage a team of Medical Representatives to meet sales and non-sales target
• Build long term business relationship with customers to ensure strong preference for AstraZeneca
• Coaching Medical Representatives to build a strong sales team to maximize their potential to ensure high performance

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will be required to have

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Pharmacy or related science
• Minimum 5 years as Medical Representative
